These terms are an agreement between you and tigr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them, we have kept them short and plain.

1. The service

tigr is a product analytics platform. Our SDK collects events from your applications and turns them into metrics, dashboards, and plain-language insights. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

2. Your account

You need an account to use tigr. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use tigr to break the law, infringe on others’ rights, or send data you have no right to collect. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other customers’ data.

4. Your data

You own the data you send to tigr. You grant us the permission needed to process and store it so we can provide the service, including generating metrics and AI-written insights. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the analytics data you send us and for informing your own end users as the law requires.

5. AI-generated insights

tigr uses automated systems to interpret your data into plain-language summaries. These are informational aids, not professional advice. Always apply your own judgment before acting on them.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep tigr available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms, if we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use tigr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, tigr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using tigr at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
